Marinading Chicken

Recipe: 

Place 1 box (40 pounds) of trimmed chicken (Whole Chicken, Jumbo Party Wings, Leg QTR-Small) in a marinade container.

Put 5oz of marinade powder and 5oz of bottled water in an empty bottle (squeeze bottle) to prevent them from rotting easily. (Shake until the dye dissolves well)

Sprinkle the well-dissolved salt solution on the prepared chicken and mix.

Leave the well-mixed chicken in a bus pan for about two hours to allow the salting agent to penetrate well. Then, transfer it to a bus pan with holes to let the water drain, cover it with a lid, and place it in the refrigerator. It tastes best when used at least 4 hours later.
